Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or six to eight years of payroll or general accounting experience.
• American Payroll Association certification preferred (FPC or CPP).
• Detail oriented, organized, excellent tracking/reporting skills, effective written and verbal communication.
• Microsoft Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Billing and accounts receivable: executes invoice billing, applies payments, performs follow-up on delinquent accounts, and reconciles aging.
• Payroll: analyzes and coordinates payroll and timekeeping, reconciles deductions, communicates policies to leaders and staff.
• Accounts payable: data entry for medical claims, matches invoices to purchase orders, and processes checks.
