Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; six to eight years payroll or general accounting experience.
• Certification preferred: American Payroll Association (FPC or CPP).
• Detail oriented, organized; strong tracking/reporting skills; effective communication.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; travel within service area.

Responsibilities

• Executes invoice billing transactions and ensures invoices are sent to customers.
• Applies customer payments and makes adjustments to accounts as needed.
• Maintains accounts receivable records and follow-up on delinquent accounts.
• Supports payroll activities and reconciles deductions with employee receivables.
• Performs data entry for accounts payable and mails AP checks.
