Qualifications

• Must have high school education; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident records and adhere to regulations.
• Proficiency with computers and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Handle all billing, including resource payments due, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Follow up on billing to ensure accounts are paid monthly.
• Prepare monthly AR reports, verify accuracy, and perform corrections.
• Make collection calls for delinquent accounts.
• Consult with admission coordinator regarding financial status of new admissions.
• Complete monthly billing information for Human Services.
• Maintain an accurate monthly census.
• Process daily bank deposits.
• Process billing for in-house vendors.
• Assist residents/families with questions regarding billing issues.
