Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and bookkeeping software.
• Strong communication, math, and data handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing freight and services; bi-weekly storage invoicing.
• Monthly charges for mills and other billing items.
• Billing mills for Rejected Material and related charges.
• Reconcile BOLs with POs for AP invoicing.
• Scan and forward invoices to HQ and customers for payment.
• Filing, ordering supplies, and vendor dealings.
