Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas is seeking a Client Billing Specialist to manage accurate and timely invoicing, maintain customer accounts, resolve billing discrepancies, and support the overall accounts receivable process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable handling financial data with a strong focus on customer service.

Experience with ERP/billing systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics) and excellent Excel skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration preferred.
• 2–4 years of billing, accounts receivable, accounting, finance, or a related position.
• Experience with high-volume or complex client billing is preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process client invoices on schedule.
• Maintain client billing data, contracts, and POs.
• Review invoices for accuracy (rates, quantities, taxes, credits).
• Submit invoices via portals, email, EDI, or other required platforms.
• Monitor accounts and identify outstanding balances or issues.
• Research and resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies.
• Assist with cash application and payment reconciliation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Finance, and AR teams.
• Support month-end billing activities and reporting.
