Responsibilities

• Process AR, reconcile payments to customer accounts.
• Review aging and collect past due amounts.
• Support month-end closing procedures.
• Pull detail from customer portal and reconcile accounts.
• Verify discrepancies in client billing.
• Learn and cross-train across billing, collections, AR, and AP.
• Month end closing procedures and reconciliations.
• Maintain financial historical records by filing accounting documents.
• Report to Customers on minority, sales and spend information as required.
