Job summary

Swing Education is seeking a Staff Accountant to own end-to-end billing and accounts receivable for a fast-growing marketplace placing thousands of substitute teachers. You will manage weekly invoicing, daily cash applications, credit memos, collections with school districts, and support the monthly close and revenue recognition.

You'll work remotely within the United States on a small finance team, collaborate with finance leadership, and have room to automate processes, improve remittances,

Qualifications

• Full-cycle billing and AR ownership including weekly invoicing and daily cash application.
• Ability to handle collections with school districts and resolve disputes tactfully.
• Experience with journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules for cash, revenue, AR, and deferred revenue.
