Econic Partners is seeking a Billing Analyst/eBilling Analyst to support our firm’s administrative, financial, and client-facing billing operations. You will prepare invoices in Elite, ensure compliance with engagement letters, and submit bills via eHub and other e-billing platforms.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, 3+ years in billing, and strong Excel and confidentiality. You will collaborate with case managers and the billing director to resolve discrepancies and accelerate

Qualifications

• 3+ years of billing experience in consulting or professional services.
• Experience using the Elite billing system.
• Fluency with Adobe/Kofax and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare invoices in Elite and provide drafts to case managers.
• Ensure invoices comply with Engagement Letters and client guidelines.
• Submit invoices using eHub and other e-billing platforms.
• Resolve issues with rejected invoices promptly.
• Manage approvals for budgets/timekeepers in client e-billing platforms.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and ad hoc requests.
• Maintain internal billing trackers and reports of billing progress.
• Assist with collection of outstanding invoices as needed.
• Respond quickly to high volume emails and requests.
• Communicate clearly with billing director and case managers.
