Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Billing Specialist to support high-volume client billing, using 3E, Elite and Billing Hub daily. The role emphasizes accuracy, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely invoicing and resolution of discrepancies.

The position is fully onsite with a Midwest Billing Team, standard hours 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, and occasional overtime during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Experience using 3E, Elite, and Billing Hub billing systems.
• Previous experience in a high-volume billing, invoicing, or revenue operations environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and PDF document management.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage high-volume client billing transactions.
• Utilize 3E, Elite, and Billing Hub daily to generate, review, and process invoices.
• Review billing documentation for accuracy and client requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve billing discrepancies and invoice issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely billing.
• Create, modify, and manage billing docs in Word and PDF tools.
• Maintain accuracy while juggling multiple priorities.
• Support ongoing billing operations and special projects as needed.
