Job summary

Twin State Technical Services is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Operations Analyst to manage the accuracy and day-to-day execution of our billing operations. The role will oversee contract-to-cash processes, invoicing cycles, time and project billing, AR monitoring, and collaboration across departments to resolve discrepancies across systems such as QuickBooks, BigTime, HaloPSA, and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of billing, office management, or finance experience.
• Experience with accounting, billing, ERP, PSA, CRM, or ticketing systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret contracts, quotes, and purchase orders.
• Strong Excel skills with formulas and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly invoicing cycle from preparation through client delivery.
• Review invoices for accuracy against contracts and POs.
• Validate recurring and nonrecurring charges before invoices.
• Investigate billing discrepancies and coordinate corrections.
• Monitor accounts receivable and respond to client billing questions.
• Maintain customer and project information across company systems.
• Process and apply payments and support reconciliation.
• Maintain system data across BigTime, QuickBooks, HaloPSA, and SharePoint.
