Job summary

ICF seeks a Billing Specialist to prepare and review complex invoices for government and commercial clients. You will analyze unbilled receivables, coordinate with project accounting, and help resolve billing discrepancies in a fast-paced, hybrid Reston environment.

The role requires knowledge of Deltek Costpoint and strong Excel skills, with 2+ years in accounting/finance and a related degree. 2–3 days in the Reston office per week.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting/finance experience.
• 6 months+ experience with Deltek Costpoint 7 or later.
• HS Diploma.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly invoices per contracts and company guidelines.
• Analyze unbilled receivables against Costpoint reports.
• Resolve billing inquiries with internal/external customers.
• Support collection efforts and issue resolution with project teams.
