Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2–4 years of experience working with older youth.
• Or an Associate degree with 4–6 years of experience working with older youth.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Philadelphia region agencies and systems.
• Trauma-informed approach and strong relationship skills.

Aufgaben

• Recruit, interview, and orient youth participants ages 12–24 for PA CareerLink.
• Assess needs, goals, and capabilities and refer to appropriate resources.
• Provide case management and help youth develop work readiness portfolios.
• Coordinate PA CareerLink services and activities in person, 8:00–4:30 schedule.
• Deliver workshops and outreach to schools and youth programs.
• Maintain accurate case notes and reports in the Commonwealth Workforce Development System.
• Serve as single point of contact for youth services and coordinate with providers.
