You will collaborate with Workforce Advisors, Job Developers, and training providers to map career goals to concrete training and placement pathways. You will manage a caseload, provide career coaching, deliver workshops, maintain records, and build relationships with employers to support credential attainment and long-term employment

Qualifikationen

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in human services, social work, counseling, education, business, or related field.

Aufgaben

• Provide excellent customer service to all Career Seekers.
• Identify career goals and education/training opportunities aligned with interests, skills, and employment goals.
• Provide career coaching and guidance to support informed career and training decisions.
• Refer Career Seekers to Workforce Advisors, Job Developers, workshops, and partner agencies as appropriate.
• Coordinate with Workforce Advisors, training providers, and the Data Department to maintain accurate participant records and support successful outcomes.
• Monitor credential attainment, employment placement, and retention milestones.
• Enter weekly progress notes and submit attendance records and timesheets as required.
