Xiente is seeking a Bilingual Youth Counselor in Philadelphia to support youth facing social, emotional, and educational challenges. The role requires English/Spanish fluency, a Bachelor's and a Master's degree, and a commitment to community-based youth services.

As a counselor, you will provide mentorship, case management, and collaborative support with families, schools, and service providers to promote positive outcomes and resilience in youth and their communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling and mentorship to youth.
• Develop individualized service plans and monitor progress.
• Coordinate referrals to community resources and services.
• Collaborate with schools, families, and community organizations.
• Maintain timely case notes and documentation.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with program requirements.
