Job summary

Printpack is seeking a bilingual HRIS Analyst to join our HR team and serve as a critical technology partner between our U.S. and Mexico operations.

You will support and configure Workday, driving cross-border collaboration and data-driven people solutions. This role goes beyond analysis; you will shape how a multinational organization leverages HR technology, enable unified reporting, and contribute to payroll integration projects across geographies.

Qualifications

Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal) with ability to explain tech concepts.
Experience with HRIS, especially Workday, in production or implementation settings.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and project management.
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions for cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of data integrity and security within HRIS environments.

Responsibilities

Serve as a technical liaison with Printpack Mexico, providing Workday support and consultation in Spanish and English.
Configure and optimize Workday within assigned functional areas, translating business needs into technical solutions.
Lead system testing and deployment, including Workday releases and regression testing.
Drive process improvement through automation and emerging technology integration (AI tools).
Develop and deliver bilingual training materials and documentation for US and Mexico teams.
Build advanced reports and dashboards; cross-train in additional Workday areas for backup.
