Job summary

Shriner's Children’s Hospital is seeking a Workday Systems Analyst for HR International with a bilingual English/French focus. The role covers configuration, maintenance, and support of Workday across international locations including Canada (Quebec) and Mexico, with travel 4–6 times yearly to Quebec.

Ideal candidates will have strong Workday knowledge, regulatory understanding, and the ability to liaise with HR leaders to ensure compliant, efficient processes for a multilingual workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Workday HCM experience preferred.
• Fluency in French and English; bilingual communication essential.
• Experience configuring and supporting at least two Workday modules (Core HCM, Benefits, or Compensation).

Responsibilities

• Administering and configuring Workday Core HCM, Benefits and Compensation for international entities with adherence to Quebec and Mexican regulations.
• Manage business processes, eligibility rules, validations, and reporting structures aligned to regional HR practices.
• Support local HR users with troubleshooting, data corrections, and bilingual documentation/audit compliance.
