Job summary

EIS is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide on-site HR support to employees and managers in Arizona, California, and Mexico. The role maintains accurate HR data, assists with payroll and benefits, and supports the Payroll & Benefits Analyst with timekeeping and HRIS updates.

The position requires bi-lingual English/Spanish, travel to facilities within the region, and collaboration with HR leadership to drive compliant, positive workplace environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; HR/payroll coursework or certification preferred but not required.
• 3-4 years of experience in HR, payroll, and administrative support
• Exposure to employee relations and HRIS systems are a plus

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site HR contact for employees and supervisors, guiding HR policies, payroll, benefits, and timekeeping.
• Support onboarding, ensuring accurate HRIS setup and positive employee experience.
• Address employee relations issues with supervisors and escalate complex matters to HR leadership.
• Provide coaching on workplace concerns and promote positive employee relations.
• Support employee engagement, safety initiatives, and training coordination.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
