Job summary

Redwall LLC is seeking a bilingual HR Generalist to lead day-to-day HR functions in a manufacturing/printing environment. You will act as a strategic partner, handling employee relations, performance management, recruiting, onboarding, safety compliance, and payroll-related processes using Paycom.

The role requires 3–5+ years of HR experience, strong knowledge of OSHA and workers' compensation, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish written and spoken.
• 3-5+ years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on Paycom experience preferred for recruiting and onboarding.
• Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal labor laws including OSHA and workers' compensation.
• Excellent emotional intelligence and proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee relations investigations and resolve grievances.
• Serve as escalation point for HR inquiries.
• Plan and run employee engagement programs and recognition events.
• Oversee onboarding, recruiting, and offboarding processes.
• Manage safety compliance and incident reporting.
• Provide coaching to managers on performance and discipline.
