Job summary

Printpack Inc in Atlanta is seeking a bilingual HRIS Analyst to support and configure the Workday platform, bridging US and Mexico HR operations. You will translate business needs into technical solutions and drive data integrity across geographies.

You’ll lead testing and deployments, develop bilingual training materials, and help optimize HRIS processes with a focus on automation and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English, written and verbal, with ability to convey technical concepts.
• Experience in HRIS with Workday in production or implementation settings.
• Strong analytical and project management skills for system changes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as bilingual Workday liaison with Printpack Mexico, providing support and configuration.
• Configure and optimize Workday across assigned functional areas.
• Lead system testing and deployments including semi-annual releases.
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI-enabled HRIS improvements.
• Create bilingual training materials and documentation for change management.
• Ensure data integrity and security per company policies.
