Arch Telecom is recruiting Mobile Associates to join our national wireless retail team. You will learn customer service while delivering a best-in-class experience and building customer loyalty through knowledgeable demonstrations and hands-on support in-store.

You’ll engage customers, uncover needs, and provide personalized device and service solutions in a fast-paced environment. This role offers training with growth toward a Mobile Expert position after completion.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Engage in side-by-side selling to tailor solutions with accessories and emerging IoT devices.
• Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and clear explanations.
