Arch Telecoms is seeking Mobile Associates to join our national wireless retail team. This learning role focuses on delivering best-in-class service, building customer loyalty, and gaining product knowledge through hands-on demonstrations and in-store training.

You will work with a team to help customers select devices, plans and accessories, while learning how to provide thoughtful questions, patient explanations and seamless support across channels. Training leads to promotion.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Learn and build proficiency in customer service while delivering best-in-class experience
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of devices and services in-store
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions for customers
• Guide customers through purchasing, asking thoughtful questions and sharing expertise
• Build relationships across channels and resolve customer issues
