Job summary

Mobilelink is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Angleton, TX to oversee sales, service, and daily operations. You will lead a team, drive customer experience, manage inventory, and ensure achievement of store goals.

This full-time role offers a salary range of $40,000 to $60,000 per year plus commission, with unlimited earning potential and benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, PTO after 90 days, and company-paid life insurance.

Qualifications

• Must have two years proven retail sales management experience (interactive sales)
• Two years of recruiting, hiring, and developing store sales teams
• Excellent sales skills and ability to meet or exceed performance standards
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for sales, service, and customer experience in-store.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve targets.
• Create a work environment where employees can excel.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience across all interactions.
• Educate staff on compensation plans and maximize sales.
• Collaborate with District Manager to launch new products and processes.
• Train employees on new products/promotions.
• Support HR and Loss Prevention in investigations.
• Staff to budgeted hours and maintain a clean store environment.
• Ensure timely training and protect assets.
