Job summary

Mobilelink is seeking a Retail Store Manager to own the sales and operations of a Victoria, TX store, leading a team to achieve sales goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will manage inventory, launch new products, and partner with the District Manager to drive performance. The role requires English/Spanish bilingual skills, strong leadership, and willingness to work evenings and Saturdays. Competitive base salary plus commission.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales management experience (preferably in a commissioned environment).
• Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• A passion for leading, recruiting, and developing teams.
• Exceptional sales skills and a drive to exceed performance standards.
• A knack for motivating others and creating a winning team atmosphere.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication, organizational, and tech skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales and operations of your store, driving both business performance and team success.
• Lead by example, coach your team, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Manage inventory and roll out new products and services in coordination with leadership partners.
• Train and develop your team to sell with confidence and knowledge.

• Handle administrative duties like compliance and reporting with ease.
