Job summary

Mobilelink USA in San Antonio, TX invites an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead sales, service, and customer experience initiatives on the shop floor. You will coach a team to deliver exceptional results and maintain an engaging, inviting environment for customers.

You will drive store performance with strong leadership, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and collaboration with district leadership to roll out new products and promotions while protecting assets and profitability.

Qualifications

• Two years proven retail sales management experience.
• Two years recruiting, hiring and developing store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to speak fluent English.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for execution of sales, service, and customer experience in-store.
• Lead, coach and motivate the team to succeed.
• Create a work environment where employees can excel.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience consistently.
• Educate personnel on compensation plans and sales maximization.
• Partner with District Manager to launch new products, services, or processes.
• Ensure staff training on new products and promotions.
• Assist HR and Loss Prevention in internal investigations.
• Staff and schedule to budgeted hours.
• Maintain a clean and inviting store atmosphere.
• Adhere to back-office processes and policies.
• Respond promptly to communications and complete trainings on time.
• Protect assets; participate in outside events as needed.
