Mobilelink USA Bryan, TX is seeking a Store Manager to drive sales, service, and customer experience in-store. You will lead a team, coach performance, and ensure training on new products and promotions while maintaining a welcoming environment.

The role demands fluent English, 2 years of retail management, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Competitive pay with commissions and benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak fluent English.
• Two (2) years proven retail sales management experience.
• Two (2) years of recruiting, hiring, and developing store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to operate a PC, wireless equipment, copier, and fax.
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to travel up to 30 minutes from home store when needed.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for the execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the team to succeed.
• Create a work environment where employees can excel.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences consistently.
• Educate personnel on the compensation plan and maximize sales.
• Partner with District Manager to launch new products or processes.
• Ensure staff are trained on new products and promotions.
• Assist HR and Loss Prevention in investigations.
• Support on the sales floor for coaching and development.
• Schedule and staff to budgeted hours; maintain inviting store atmosphere.
• Adhere to back-office processes, reports, and policies.
• Respond promptly to communications; complete training in-store.
