The ideal candidate has 2+ years in retail sales management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to recruit and develop staff. Expect a full-time schedule with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires fluent English.
• 2 years of proven retail sales management experience.
• 2 years recruiting, hiring, and developing store sales teams.
• Strong sales skills and ability to meet/exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead and develop others.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for execution of sales, service, and customer experience in-store.
• Lead and coach team to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Schedule staff to budgeted hours and manage store operations.
• Launch new products, services, and promotions with confidence.
• Ensure training on products/promotions and compliance to policies.
• Support HR and Loss Prevention in investigations.
• Assist on the sales floor for coaching and development.
