Qualifications

• Must be able to speak fluent English.
• 2 years proven retail sales management experience.
• 2 years recruiting, hiring and developing successful store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and proven ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with personal computer, wireless equipment, copier, and fax.
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation to support other locations within 30 minutes.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for execution of sales, service, and customer experience in-store.
• Lead, inspire, and coach the team to succeed.
• Create a work environment for employees to excel.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Educate staff on compensation plan and maximise sales.
• Partner with the District Manager to launch new products, services, or processes.
• Ensure staff trained on new products/promotions.
• Assist HR and Loss Prevention with internal investigations.
• Schedule and staff to budgeted hours.
• Maintain a clean, inviting store atmosphere.
• Adhere to back-office processes and policies.
• Respond timely to communications.
• Complete required training on time.
• Protect assets.
• Participate in outside sales events/community activities occasionally.
