You will manage staffing, promotions, training, and compliance while supporting district leadership. The ideal candidate has retail management experience, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail sales management experience.
• 2+ years of recruiting, hiring, and developing store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to achieve sales, service, and customer experience goals.
• Inspire, engage, and coach staff to succeed.
• Educate personnel on compensation plans and maximize sales.
• Train employees on new products and promotions.
• Assist HR and Loss Prevention with investigations and procedures.
• Schedule staff to budgeted hours and maintain a clean, inviting store atmosphere.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and timely communications and training.
• Represent Cricket Wireless at external events when required.
