Job summary

Mobilelink USA seeks a bilingual Retail Store Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Houston, TX. You will drive sales, customer experience, and team leadership across the store, coaching staff to optimize performance and ensure a welcoming store environment.

The position requires fluency in English and Spanish, plus 2 years of retail sales management and staff development experience. Competitive base plus commission, with health/dental/vision and PTO after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Spanish required for bilingual role.
• 2 years proven retail sales management experience.
• 2 years recruiting, hiring, and developing store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for the execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the team to succeed.
• Create a work environment where all employees can excel.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience and educate staff on compensation plan to maximize sales.
• Partner with District Manager to launch new products, services, or processes.
• Ensure staff training on new products and promotions.
