Mobilelink in Dallas, TX is seeking a Bilingual Retail Store Manager to lead store sales, service, and operations, driving performance and a best-in-class customer experience.

This full-time role requires English/Spanish fluency, strong leadership, and the ability to recruit and develop staff. The position offers a base salary plus commission, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within a fast-growing national retailer.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish for bilingual role.
• Minimum 2 years of proven retail sales management experience.
• 2 years of recruiting, hiring, and developing store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient with computers, wireless devices, and office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for the execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Lead the team to succeed through coaching and engagement.
• Create a work environment where all employees can excel.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Educate staff on the compensation plan and maximize sales.
• Partner with District Manager to launch new products and processes.
• Ensure staff training on new products and promotions.
• Support HR and Loss Prevention in investigations.
• Assist on the sales floor for coaching and development.
• Schedule and staff to budgeted hours.
• Maintain a clean inviting store environment.
• Adhere to back-office compliance and policies.
• Respond timely to communications.
• Ensure timely completion of required training.
• Protect assets.
• Attend outside events for customer acquisition and brand growth when required.
