Job summary

DraftKings is hiring a VIP Host to cultivate strong, authentic relationships with our most engaged players and drive the VIP program’s day-to-day strategy. You will engage players through local events, communications, and proactive support to foster loyalty and a world-class customer experience.

The role requires Spanish fluency, 3+ years in customer-facing roles, and willingness to travel, work nights and weekends, with competitive base salary and bonus/benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant experience.
• 3+ years in a Sales, Account Management, or customer-facing role.
• Native or near-native fluency in Spanish.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
• Analytical mindset for data-driven decisions.
• Willingness to travel and work nights/weekends.
• Must obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.

Responsibilities

• Create new revenue by building strong, authentic player relationships.
• Manage the player relationship through events, communications, and escalations.
• Understand the market and propose new game offerings, promotions, channels, platforms.
• Collect player feedback to inform platform improvements and opportunities.
• Adhere to VIP policies and responsible gaming guidelines.
