WarHorse Gaming, a division of Ho-Chunk, Inc., in Lincoln, NE, is seeking an Executive Host to attract and retain mid- to high-limit gaming guests and ensure exceptional service.

You will develop relationships, promote promotions, manage VIP programs, and coordinate VIP services across properties while upholding policies. A strong bilingual Vietnamese/English capability and a proven track record in guest development are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Bi-lingual in Vietnamese and English.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum five (5) years of host or player development experience in a large-scale gaming operation.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain relationships with mid- and high-limit gaming guests to drive loyalty and repeat visits.
• Market gaming products, amenities, promotions, and property offerings to targeted guests.
• Greet guests and participate in VIP events and functions.
• Maintain guest histories and player tracking data for marketing efforts.
• Coordinate VIP services including food, beverage, transportation, and cross-property events.
• Protect guest rewards and account integrity per policy.
