You will develop relationships, coordinate events, and support revenue growth while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

The role requires bilingual VN/EN abilities, strong guest relations skills, and prior experience in a major gaming operation.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Bi-lingual in Vietnamese and English.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum five years of host or player development experience in a large-scale gaming operation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate programs to attract and retain mid- to high-limit guests.
• Build and maintain relationships with key players to drive loyalty.
• Market gaming products, amenities, and promotions to targeted guests.
• Greet guests and participate in VIP functions and events.
• Manage Player’s Club enrollment and loyalty programs.
• Protect guest rewards and account integrity per policy.
