WarHorse Gaming is seeking a Vietnamese/English speaking Executive Host to join our Lincoln, Nebraska team. This role focuses on building relationships with mid- to high-limit guests, delivering personalized service, and driving loyalty and revenue growth through VIP programs and targeted outreach.

You will work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, supporting events and promotions while ensuring compliance with company policies and Nebraskan gaming regulations and maintaining exceptional

Qualificações

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Bilingual in Vietnamese and English required.
• Minimum five years of host or player development experience in a large-scale gaming operation.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain relationships with mid- and high-limit guests to drive loyalty.
• Market gaming products, amenities, promotions, and offerings to targeted guests.
• Greet guests and participate in social events, VIP functions and promotions.
• Track guest visits, arrange accommodations, and issue complimentary offerings within guidelines.
• Manage and promote Player’s Club enrollment and loyalty programs.
• Maintain guest histories and protect account integrity per policy.
