Job summary

WarHorse Gaming in Lincoln, NE seeks an Executive Host to attract and retain mid- to high-limit guests, delivering personalized service and building loyal relationships while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. The role requires bilingual Vietnamese and English, 5+ years in host or player development in a large gaming operation, and the ability to manage VIP services, events, and promotions.

You will work a swing shift including evenings and weekends, with a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be Bi-lingual in Vietnamese and English.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum five (5) years of host or player development experience in a large-scale gaming operation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with mid- and high-limit gaming guests to drive loyalty.
• Market gaming products, amenities, promotions, and property offerings to targeted guests.
• Greet guests and participate in social events, promotions, and VIP functions.
• Coordinate VIP services including food, beverage, transportation, cross-property events, and special experiences.
• Maintain a visible presence on the gaming floor and at VIP events to engage high-value guests.
