Qualifications

• Two years in customer service or related field.

• Strong decision-making and issue resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute Player Greets on the gaming floor, at events, and during promotions.
• Identify new guests who meet hosting criteria while supporting current VIPs.
• Resolve service failures promptly and maintain guest loyalty.
• Handle guest issues calmly and professionally.
• Assess player value per guidelines to maximize loyalty and ROI.
• Spend majority of time greeting VIP Guests on the casino floor and delivering superb guest service.
• Enforce compliance with all rules, regulations, laws and policies.
• Suggest methods to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
