The position is full-time, on-site, with a start rate of $19.50/hour and a variable shift. Responsibilities include check-in/check-out oversight, reservation review, billing, guest feedback handling, and staff scheduling.

Qualifications

• One year of hotel front desk experience.
• Proficient with computer software and multitasking.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the check-in/check-out process and assist to expedite guest service.
• Review reservations and follow up on special requests or notes.
• Maintain direct bill accounts and vouchering and complete required paperwork while backing up front desk.
• Respond to guest comments, complaints, and concerns.
• Review daily business levels and plan solutions to expedite operations.
• Monitor staff interaction with guests and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure staff report to work as scheduled and document tardiness/absences.
• Complete requisitions to replenish shortages or items for anticipated business.
• Review late check-out requests and communicate to housekeeping as occupancy allows.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
