Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check in guest, assign room, ensure correct rate, arrange luggage.
• Issue room keys, manage wake-up calls and messages.
• Answer inquiries about hotel services, hours, dining, events, and local amenities.
• Check out guest, post charges, and settle bills.
• Compile daily records and guest accounts.
• Assign rooms and create housekeeping/maintenance lists.
• Answer calls, screen and route to rooms or staff.
• Handle guest interactions with hospitality and resolve complaints.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
