Job summary

Brio Water Technology is seeking a Vietnamese-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced team in Glendale, CA. You’ll handle high-volume inbound calls, assist with product setup and troubleshooting, and resolve issues while upselling Brio products where suitable.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in call center or high-volume customer service.
• Experience supporting e-commerce customers is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Sage preferred) or CRM like Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls with timely, professional support.
• Assist customers with product setup, troubleshooting, and guidance.
• Process claims, replacements, and warranty-related requests.
• Resolve customer concerns with focus on satisfaction and retention.
• Document interactions and updates in internal systems accurately.
• Identify opportunities to upsell products or services (no commission).
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues smoothly.
• Maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude in a fast-paced environment.
