Job summary

Brio Water Technology, a Home Organizers, Inc. company, is seeking a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative to handle high-volume inbound calls, assist with product setup and troubleshooting, and process claims and replacements.

Fluency in Spanish and English is required; you will document interactions and look for upsell opportunities while working to ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment at our Glendale, CA location.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of call center or high-volume customer service experience.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Experience with ERP/Sage and CRM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volume inbound calls and provide timely, professional support.
• Assist customers with product setup, troubleshooting, and technical guidance.
• Process claims, replacements, and warranty-related requests.
• Resolve customer concerns with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
• Document interactions and updates in internal systems.
