Job summary

Credit Acceptance Corporation seeks a Bilingual Title Specialist to act as the primary contact for dealers, sales and customers to resolve title issues. You will handle tasks via phone and email, enforce liens, and ensure documentation accuracy.

Training is virtual with EST hours, and the role involves substantial inbound/outbound calls. Requirements include a high school diploma and fluency in Spanish; prior experience as a subject matter expert and in customer service is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish, spoken and written.
• Experience as a subject matter expert or primary customer contact.
• Ability to resolve complex issues with available information.
• History of timely, accurate customer service responses.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer facing primary contact support to resolve title issues by phone and email.
• Accurately complete business requests and enforce vehicle liens within standards.
• Identify and escalate legal or risk concerns when dealer processes mismatch expectations.
• Communicate with dealers, customers, DMV and agencies to obtain documents.
• Ensure accurate documentation of title and lien information.
• Collaborate to find solutions while staying compliant with policies.
