Liquidity Services is seeking a Title Clerk to support accurate, timely vehicle title processing for our Phoenix operations. You will review titles and supporting documents, process sold notices, maintain title records, and mail titles to buyers.
This role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines. You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve title-related questions and ensure a smooth post-sale
The Title Clerk is responsible for supporting accurate, timely, and compliant vehicle title processing for Sierra’s Phoenix and Tucson operations. This position assists with reviewing vehicle titles and supporting documentation, processing sold notices, maintaining accurate title records, mailing titles to buyers, and resolving title-related inquiries.
This role helps ensure a smooth post-sale experience for customers and supports operational efficiency by maintaining attention to detail, meeting processing deadlines, and following applicable state requirements and internal procedures.

Compensation is determined by various factors such as location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as internal and external equity and organizational needs. Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
The salary range for this position is $19.7 to $23.7 hourly. The posted range reflects our national average range for the job. We may ultimately pay more or less than the published range based on the factors mentioned above. This range may be modified in the future.
