Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English required.
• Prior experience as a subject matter expert or primary contact for customers.
• Experience resolving complex process issues with provided information.

Responsibilities

• Review and resolve title/lien tasks within service standards.
• Identify missing titles or errors and resolve them.
• Provide title expertise to internal customers and support external stakeholders.
• Spend significant time on calls to handle inbound/outbound inquiries while maintaining compliance.
