Job summary

Pull-A-Part is seeking a Bilingual Title Clerk in Houston to serve as the first contact for customers selling vehicles. You will assess vehicles, process titles and paperwork, and ensure transactions meet standards while delivering excellent service.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, uphold safety and company values, and support title processing, pricing, and internal communications. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in retail, customer service, or vehicle purchasing.
• Experience reviewing or managing car titles and paperwork.
• Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with computers and mobile devices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work indoors/outdoors.
