Qualifications

• Proficient with computer equipment and basic office software.
• Cash handling experience with accuracy.
• Typing 35 wpm with high accuracy.
• 10-key by touch with speed and accuracy.
• Spanish communication skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee utility billing and meter reading functions and customer service.
• Coordinate with administration and field staff in daily duties.
• Maintain accurate billing, payment, and customer accounting records.
• Identify and troubleshoot problematic meters.
• Develop analyses and reporting for City staff.
