Total Transportation & Distribution, Inc. in Santa Fe Springs, CA is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support customers, drivers, and dispatchers in a positive, productive work environment.

This onsite role requires a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience and bilingual Spanish/English communication. You will process orders, schedule deliveries and pickups, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with warehouse and dispatch teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; at least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Bi-lingual Spanish/English is required.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and familiarity with the TMS system/FACTS.
• Ability to type at least 35 words per minute.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to calls promptly and courteously.
• Handle emails and correspondence in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Process and follow up on orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide knowledge about ETAs, deliveries, and pickups.
• Schedule deliveries and pickups.
• Resolve customer issues in coordination with warehouse and dispatch.
• Run end-of-shift reports and contribute to process improvements.
