• Prepare, review, and process BOLs, shipping manifests, and other documents.
• Enter customer orders accurately into the system.
• Track shipments and provide customers with updates on status, pickups, and deliveries.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel, carriers, drivers, and customers to ensure daily operations.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email in English and Spanish.
• Resolve shipping discrepancies and delivery concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer records and shipment details.
