Job summary

TW Services is hiring entry-level Customer Service Representatives to support drivers and customers in warehouse and distribution centers. You will check drivers in and out on tablets or kiosks, handle paperwork, and record truckload data accurately while delivering friendly service.

This role requires bilingual Spanish and English, basic computer and typing skills, data-entry experience, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual (Spanish and English).
• Experience inputting data into multiple systems.
• Typing and basic computer skills.
• Excel experience is a plus.
• Ability to work with others and independently and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Check drivers in and out on tablets or a kiosk
• Complete all necessary paperwork
• Enter all data associated with each truckload into a tablet or kiosk
• Provide great customer service
• Handle inbound drivers' bills of lading
• Collect payment for unloading services electronically
• Perform audits of data collection to ensure integrity
• Perform other related duties as required or assigned
