Job summary

Serenity Home Health Care in Chicago is seeking a Training and Onboarding Coordinator to manage the intake process and coordinate training for caregivers and applicants. You will schedule interviews, conduct onboarding, and ensure compliance documentation is completed accurately.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, organization, and bilingual Spanish communication to support our diverse client base. Prolonged desk work and computer use are required.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual Spanish (read, speak and write).

Responsibilities

• Welcomes Individuals, clients, applicants, and caregivers to the company.
• Trains and completes all admissions, paperwork and enters it digitally.
• Schedules appointments for consultations and Intake procedures.
• Answers phone and email inquiries.
• Addresses any clients, applicants, caregiver complaints or concerns professionally
• Performs clerical work, such as filing, copying, or faxing.
• Participates in the distribution of bi-weekly checks
• Complies with the regulations and policies of the company.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
