Responsibilities

• Coaches, mentors and leads tellers by example to deliver a unique customer experience and loyalty.
• Educates customers on alternatives for their financial interactions and reserves referrals as appropriate.
• Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and refer to branch staff as needed.
• Lead lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet needs.
• Ensure teller and branch daily operations are performed efficiently and accurately.
